UTP bets brace for ATF, ITF meets

MANILA, Philippines — Unified Tennis Philippines (UTP) president Jean Henri Lhuillier has expressed confidence in the national juniors team’s chances in the upcoming tournaments of the Asian Tennis Federation and the International Tennis Federation in Malaysia.

Exequiel Jucutan, Joewyn Pascua, Alexa Milliam and Marielle Jarata set out for the ATF 14 and under series from Sept. 2-8 in Sarawak while John David Velez, Eric Tangub, Jose Antonio Tria, Matthew Garcia, Sydney Enriquez, Macie Carlos, Bliss Bayking, and Denise Bernardo gear up for the ITF Grade 5 from Oct. 1 to 6 in Selangor.

“We at UTP are proud to support some of the country’s youngest tennis players who have stepped up to the challenge of playing in the international tennis scene. I am confident that these tennis prodigies will make us all proud,” said Lhuillier.

The UTP national juniors team is just one of the programs that Lhuillier and Cebuana Lhuillier Micro Savings along with Palawan Pawnshop, Dunlop, Unilab, STI, Navegar, Madison Galeries Life Style Mall, Chris Sports, and Toby’s.
