CEBU CITY, Philippines — Vice President Jejomar Binay said at Sunday's presidential debate that Sen. Grace Poe, who was a dual citizenship, swore allegiance to another flag to become an American.

Binay said Poe could not be a real Filipino. "Ikinahihiya mo ang pinaggalingan mo," he said.
