Feast for the holidays at Traders’ Latitude

MANILA, Philippines - Celebrate the holidays and savor a variety of sumptuous dishes at Latitude’s holiday buffet offerings until Jan. 6, 2013.

Enjoy the buffet lunch for only P848 and buffet dinner at P948, both offering one complimentary person for every group of five.

Guests can take pleasure in a variety of international dishes carefully prepared by Executive Chef Batt Perez and his culinary team. Start the captivating feast with Thai Chicken Salad with Green Mangoes, Penne Pesto Salad with Shaved Parmesan Cheese, and Mixed Greens with Fresh Fruit dressed in balsamic and Italian vinaigrette or Thai, Thousand Island, Ranch and Caesar dressing. 

Seafood patrons can enjoy fresh prawns and New Zealand mussels served with mango salsa and an American cocktail sauce with a zest of lime.

Latitude features varying dishes on its spread of dishes on a daily basis.  The live action station offers hearty servings of sinigang, pasta in different sauces, Malaysian laksa, bulalo, Mexican cuisine and Chinese noodle soup. 

Guests can enjoy hearty servings of crispy pata, lechon kawali, roast lamb or Slow Roasted Beef Short Plate, available during dinner. 

Along these are mainstay favorites such as Ox Tripe and Tail Kare‑Kare in Peanut Sauce, Schezuan Pepper Crusted Roasted Porkloin with Ginger Soy Glaze, and Pastel de Lengua.

To cap off the meal, guests can opt for assorted cakes and pastries such as Blueberry Cheesecake, Raspberry Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Éclair, sugar-free Mango Panna Cotta, and Bread and Butter Pudding, or indulge in the decadence of imported Chocolate Fondue and Churros tossed in cinnamon sugar. Popular native delicacies such as bibingka, pichi‑pichi and carioca along with fresh fruits are also available.
