9 reasons why you should include mango in your diet

MANILA, Philippines – Mango has been a favorite among Filipinos. But did you know that there is more to mango than its succulent and sweet taste?

According to health impact news’s nutritional chart, a cup of mango contains - 105 calories, 76 percent vitamin C, 25 percent vitamin A, 11 percent vitamin B6 plus other B vitamins, 9 percent healthy probiotic fiber, 9 percent copper, 7 percent potassium and  4 percent magnesium.

With all those nutrients, it is no secret that mango is one of those fruits which are beneficial to human health. Here are some reasons why you should keep eating mangoes or why you should start including it in your diet:
