GNC opens at SM Aura Premier

MANILA, Philippines -  GNC Philippines recently opened its doors at SM Aura Premier in Bonificio Global City, Taguig. A leading specialty retailer of health and wellness products, GNC strives to make healthy products readily available to everyone. With their commitment to bettering their customers’ lives and make them live well, as their slogan suggests, they have consistently set industry standards in the nutritional supplement industry.

Leading guests were GNC ambassadors Armand Del Rosario of Kaya Football Club, Anton Del Rosario of the Philippine Azkals, and TV personality and host of the launch Karen Pamintuan. The event was also graced by local celebrities Jason Abalos, Alex Ancelmuccio, Luis Alandy, Manuel Chua, and Marco Alcaraz, drawing a crowd of onlookers to the newly opened GNC branch.

It was a fun-filled and informative afternoon with the ambassadors taking questions from the media about their favorite GNC supplements, how they keep in shape and what it takes to maintain a healthy lifestyle. One of the highlights of the launch was the Kinect Just Dance Challenge, where they showed that you could have a lot of fun and yet still get a good workout by dancing. Special mention goes to six-year-old Yuan Angeles and four-year-old Ethan Segovia, for stealing the show after the dance instructors showed the guests how effective and beneficial dancing can be through the use of a calorie pedometer.

Health brands like Barre3, The Skin, The Spa, and Juju Eats also showed their support and joined in the fun as they provided raffle prizes for a few lucky winners of the day’s event. The grand prize was a gift certificate for an overnight stay for two at the Thunderbird Resorts in Poropoint.
This marks the 37th branch of GNC nationwide and its first LEED-compliant store, making it good for the environment as well.
