MOMMY TALK - MOMMY TALK By Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan -
I appreciate all your letters via snail mail and e-mail. I will continue to try my best to respond to your queries as soon as I can. For those who continue to ask for the Gallstone Cleanse recipe, I suggest you visit www.cleansingorsurgery.com. Many parents ask me to recommend schools for their children. I don’t believe in one best school for your kids. You must find one suitable for your family and child. Kindly get a copy of A Guide to Preschools in Metro Manila. It has been very helpful to me and many others. Here are some of the letters that I’ve enjoyed reading. Hope you find them beneficial for your family as well.
Juicy Offer
Hi, Maricel!

I enjoyed reading your article on how to curb young kids’ craving and the "need" to have junk food.  Although I’m not a mother myself, I have a kid sister, aged 7, who’s very difficult to deal with when it comes to her food intake.  Samantha’s the youngest in the our family, thus, it’s quite easy for everyone to spoil her.

When I read in the same article about showing kids how to eat vegetables, and knowing how much they loathe them, I thought I might be able to help you out. I currently work as a marketing coordinator for Transaxion Unlimited Corp. We’re the exclusive importer of Tipco 100% Juices, the #1 brand in Thailand, and we have one of the widest range of variants imaginable. Among our 13 flavors are five vegetable juices that kids and adults will love.  They’re actually a mix of vegetable and fruit juices whereby the bitter or sometimes bland taste of the vegetable is masked. My sister likes them a lot, and she even brings them to school. All Tipco 100% juices don’t have sugar, water, coloring, flavoring, and preservatives so they’re quite healthy.

Hope that helps.

Praying For Benj
I read your column "A house we call home" and I was touched, too, with what the Ronald McDonald’s House is doing.

I really hope your son is into full recovery.  I don’t know exactly your story ’coz I’m here in California and haven’t heard from showbiz.

Well, I’ll pray for your son. God bless.

Touched By Benj
Dear Maricel,

I really don’t know what to say, but it does touch my heart every time I search for your colunm and read your journey with Benj. I’m greatly inspired by your faith. I will continue to pray for Benj’s health and use him for his glory.

Thank you that God uses your family for us to appreciate His grace, mercy, and love.

God bless you and your family,
