What can you say about slimming lotions? Are these products really effective?

There are many brands of lotions on the market today that claim to make you slimmer, but these alone will not make you lose weight. If you use it together with massage, it may tighten your muscles and make you look a little slimmer. Try a combination of exercise, massage and lotion and you’ll be happy to see results.

Caught In A Spot

Your best and wisest option is to go straight to a reputable dermatologist who will be able to properly identify what that brown spot is and consequently treat it the best way possible. Ask around for a dermatologist; if you can’t find one, allow me to recommend Dr. Sylvia Huang (tel. no. 722-2660) who has been my dermatologist for six years now. She is very good.

Head-On Solution To Whiteheads And Blackheads

Dear Tingting,

Is there any cream or ointment out there that can control my whiteheads and blackheads? Even if I get a facial treatment to remove the whiteheads and blackheads on my face, they disappear only for a short time and reappear on my face. After a few days, they become pimples.

For whiteheads and blackheads, thinly spread benzoyl peroxide on your face during the day and night. Also, wash your face with Cetaphil soap three to four times a day.
