Duterte announces additional members of his Cabinet

Duterte says he is still reviewing candidates for secretaries of Health, Tourism, and Trade and Industry.

He also issues a warning to drunk drivers, drug dealers, corrupt government employees and officials. "When it comes to corruption, I will be harsh," he says.

Holding a press conference in Davao City after a meeting at the DPWH compound, President-elect Rodrigo Duterte said it took him some time mulling over the composition of what would be his Cabinet.

He assures the public, however, that his appointees are all "honest" men.

The incoming leader also laments the long queues in government agencies for services owed to the people.
