'It's about time': Carla Abellana admits she is dating
MANILA, Philippines — Actress Carla Abellana admitted that she is now dating someone.
Carla opened up about her relationship status at the sidelines of the GMA Gala 2025 last Saturday night.
"I've said it naman na before. It's about time na I open myself to dating, meeting new people. So I decided to try it," Carla told GMA News as reported in "24 Oras Weekend."
"There's a second date. We'll see if there's gonna be more dates," she added.
Last month, Carla intrigued netizens with her one-word caption and a photo of a candlelit dinner in her social media post.
Carla posted her dinner with a mystery guy on Instagram.
"Hi," she only captioned the post.
In June last year, Carla said a Philippine court has recognized her divorce from ex-husband Tom Rodriguez.
Carla and Tom married in October 2021. In less than a year after their marriage, the two separated.
