Mommy Dionisia Pacquiao admits she has a boyfriend

MANILA, Philippines – Dionisia Pacquaio, the mother of boxer and congressman Manny Pacquiao, admitted she is in a relationship.

This comes after Manny, in an interview with the ABS-CBN news magazine program “Tapatan ni Tunying” aired last Thursday, July 31, said her 65-year-old mother has a boyfriend.

“Mabait siya tignan. Pinansin ko siya agad,” she said of her boyfriend Michael in an interview on ABS-CBN's news program “Bandila” aired Wednesday, August 6.

According to reports, Michael asked Dionisia not to reveal his full name with the media.

The "Bandila" report also said Dionisia isn't taking her relationship with Michael seriously just yet. She also revealed her 40-year-old boyfriend is planning to work abroad.

“Pinakamasakit yung pagtaksilan ka. Nadaanan ko na sa tatay nila. Napakasakit talaga. Muntik ako magpakamatay sa una,” she said.

Dionisia is separated from her first legal husband, with whom she has two children. She also has four children with Rosalio Pacquaio, the father of Manny Pacquaio and her partner for 20 years.

“Magtira ka ng para sa iyong katawan. Para sa utak mo, para sa katawan mo, magtira ka. Hindi mo ibuhos sa lalaki. Hindi mo ibuhos sa boyfriend-boyfriend,” she told “Bandila.”
