Anita Linda is Mutya ng Paaralan

The durable and beautiful Anita Linda played a dedicated teacher in Mutya ng Paaralan, billed ‘The only movie where the Parents Teachers Association took active participation,’ circa 1954.

Anita wears a beautiful and colorful terno in the movie, serialized in Bulaklak.

The award-winning actress reigned in the ’50s as queen of Premiere Productions, topbilling many of its box-office hits and so-called ‘prestige pictures.’

To date Anita still acts on television and the big screen, especially indies which gave her awards, among them Adela and Lola. —RKC
