Julius exposes Christmas 'scam' in XXX

MANILA, Philippines - Don’t be fooled this Christmas and know how you can keep your money or belongings safe as Julius Babao (photo, third from left) reveals the various modus that are rampant during Christmas season tonight in XXX.

Anthony Taberna, on the other hand, looks into a complaint of a customer whose hair was allegedly damaged by a salon. It was learned that the hair treatment used is unrecognized by the Food and Drug Administration.

Meanwhile, Pinky Webb follows a young man for a couple of days, not for any wrong doing but for his selfless efforts to help his family and finish his education at the same time. XXX helps him in a different way and gives back in time for the Yuletide season.

XXX, this year’s Outstanding Crime/Investigative Program winner at the Golden Screen TV awards, has been breaking some of the country’s important stories to date. It caught on-cam former Batangas Gov. Antonio Leviste going out of prison this year after months of surveillance. And its exposé on the maltreatment of a grandmother detained in a dog cage spurred public outrage on how the family treated its mother.
