Arnold plays FVR

MANILA, Philippines – Arnold Reyes meets former Pres. Fidel V. Ramos during the recent screening at the CCP of the indie film The Forgotten War where he plays the young FVR who was then a military lieutenant.

‘I was nervous before the screening because I didn’t know how he would react,’ recalled Arnold. ‘He was happy naman with my performance and he even agreed to have his picture taken with me.’

Directed by Carlo Cruz, The Forgtten War is about the lives of valiant Filipino soldiers in the Korean War in the early ’50s to defend Korea against the Chinese Army. It also stars Baron Geisler, Yul Servo, Lance Raymundo, Mikee Lee and Macoy Fundales.
