Exclusive Alabang condo at Sonria

MANILA, Philippines - Stonebridge Corp., in collaboration with property developer GeoEstate Development Corp., has taken the first step in realizing its vision of exclusive Alabang condominium living with the recent groundbreaking of Sonria.

“We plan to start mobilization and be in full blast construction by second quarter of 2014,” said Monica Lorenzana-Trajano, GeoEstate’s project development manager. “We project a 21-month construction period so by the end of December 2015, we should be commencing with unit turnover”
