Colinas Verdes launches SYSCO Dream Homes
MANILA, Philippines - The Colinas Verdes Residential Estates and Country Club, a joint venture partnership among Sta. Lucia Realty Devt., Araneta Properties Inc, and exclusive marketing arm Orchard Property Marketing Corp. (OPMC) launches the SYSCO Dream Homes house and lot packages on Saturday, March 21.
The SYSCO Dream Homes packages is a result of a partnership with SYSCO Dream Development Corp. Houses. The houses are made of seismic resistant pre-cast wall panel and slab assembly that are sturdy enough for a multi-storey building. They are also economical, durable and have a 15-year structural warranty.
