New community rising in Southern MM

A mere eight months since it was first launched in the market, a new community is now becoming visible in Southern Metro Manila. Verdana Homes, a 25-hectare subdivision, is the flagship project of Community Innovations, Inc., an Ayala Land Subsidiary.

With almost all lots sold out and more than 70 percent of the house-and-lot packages taken up, Verdana Homes has established a new standard for the first hom eof the young urban achievers.

One of the prime attractions of the community at the border of Las Piñas and Bacoor, Cavite is its promixity to the self-contained Ayala Alabang community, it being just a 10-minute drive from the Alabang Town Center, Ayala Alabang Village and Madrigal Business Park.

Jonathan Umali, CII project Development Head, adds: "Moreover, the high quality of the project and its sustained pace of development have made Verdana one of the most sought-after properties."

This early, roads, street lamps, security and provisions for basic utilities are in place in the first phase of the project where crickets can still be heard in the early morning. Aside from two model units, several clusters of homes are under construction. "We expect to turn over the first homes by the end of this year as scheduled," Umali disclosed.

Within reasonable commuting distance of Metro Manila’s key business districts, Verdana Homes features six options of house-and-lot packages with floor area ranging from 122 sqm. to 214 sqm. Prices of these models go from P4.1 to P6.8 million.

The community is managed by Ayala Property Management Corp., which has contributed to the preservation and rise in value of many developments including Ayala Westgrove and Ferndale Homes.
