MANILA, Philippines - Pancake House, has opened its 4th outlet in Cebu City, at the ground level of Prestigio JY Square, Gorordo Ave. cor. Samson Rd., Lahug. The opening was attended by Fr. Expedito Torrevillas II (left), Joseph Yu, building owner (second from left), Mayor of Cebu,  Michael Rama (second from right), and relatives of the franchisee — Maurine Clavano (third from left) and Menchu Cruz (right).
