UAAP cancels softball, baseball, tennis games

MANILA, Philippines – Due to inclement weather, the softball, baseball and tennis competitions of the UAAP were rained out today.

Ateneo and National U, who split their first two games, 6-2 and 9-8, respectively, were supposed to play the deciding Game Three of their baseball finale at the Rizal Baseball Stadium before the postponement of the match was announced.

Adamson, for its part, was gunning for a three-peat feat against NU in the softball finals while its tennis competition was supposed to hold its championships at the Rizal Tennis Center. But the two games were also re-scheduled to a still unspecified date and venue.
