SMC renews senior golf sponsorship

MANILA, Philippines - The Federation of Philippine Amateur Senior Golfers, Inc. (FPASGI) said San Miguel Corporation has renewed the sponsorship of its senior golf tournaments in 2012, according to newly elected president, Gen. Melchor Rosales (Ret).

The first leg of this year’s golf series, dubbed the Magnolia Pure Water 2012, will be held at Valley Golf’s North Course on Feb. 28. With the Valley Golf Seniors Association, Inc. acting as host, around 150 senior golfers from the Federation’s 22 chapters are expected to join the tournament. Tee-off is 7:30 a.m. Hole-in-one prizes, raffle draws as well as San Miguel products await the participants.
