MANILA, Philippines - Richmonde Café welcomes 2013 by preparing a healthy and inspiring three-course meal to give a wonderful beginning to an exciting new year.

Indulge in a fresh start with a choice of these two tasty appetizers — Lasagna Verde, swirled lasagna pasta in spinach and putanesca sauce topped with grilled prawns and shaved parmesan cheese, and the Chef’s Fresh Creation of special soup for the day.

Experience a burst of flavors with the main dish selections of either Oriental Salmon (pan-seared salmon with chili soy sauce and ginger oil served with Oriental vegetables) or Tunisian Roast (Tunisian roasted chicken breast with apricot and almond couscous with cilantro min raita).

Then end your meal with a stop in dessert heaven with a serving of Richmonde Café’s Nougatine Ice Parfait, a traditional French-style iced dessert flavored with Nougatine.

And to further enhance the dining experience, a glass of Hardy’s VR Shiraz or Hardy’s VR Chardonnay is served with the Chef’s Exclusives set.
