A Thanksgiving feast by Chef Florabel Co-Yatco at Felix and Florabel

MANILA, Philippines - On Nov. 29, Chef Florabel Co-Yatco will whip up a sumptuous Thanksgiving menu at two of her restaurants: Felix at Greenbelt 5 and Florabel at The Podium.

The special menu will start off with the exquisite baked foie gras mushroom filo pastry in raspberry vinaigrette, followed by the rich cream of pumpkin soup. And of course, the star of the feast will be the roast US turkey with apples and chestnut stuffing served with mashed sweet potato, glazed beans, giblet gravy, and cranberry jelly. Indeed, some dishes are best cooked the old-fashioned way. Lastly, a serving of dark and white chocolate mousse with caramel popcorn will cap off your meal.  All these for only P1,000 plus 10 percent service charge.

Enjoy this hearty feast in the chic atmosphere of Felix or dine in the refreshingly elegant interiors of Florabel.  Either way, it’s a Thanksgiving that will be celebrated in style.

The best part is that you can order this delicious roast US turkey for a more intimate celebration right at home.  For only P7,000 including all sidings, it’s definitely worth all the effort that you’ll be spared from cooking your own.
