MANILA, Philippines — International yoga and meditation teacher Clara Day Herrera launched her newest book “How to Never Diet Forever,” which aims to teach a holistic approach to life.

In a recent interview with the media during the launch, Clara said that her new book is more than just a book on health and weight loss.

“It’s an inspiring blueprint on a wholehearted and holistic approach to life, for us to achieve contentment, peace, and happiness,” she said.

Clara, however, emphasized that the book is perfect for people who rode diet bandwagons but never really reached their destinations.

“It is an eye-opener for those who have done weight loss initiatives but failed because of possible mistakes in their approach. This is an eye-opener for everyone, perfect for people having a hard time accepting their selves,” she said.

As the Chief Executive Officer of CDH Wellness Corporation, a global speaker and coach, and a United Kingdom-certified vegan and vegetarian nutrition specialist, Clara’s wellness and nutrition expertise was backed by years of research, allowing her to unlock the secrets to achieve health and beauty goals.

“The book is based on Ayurvedic and yogic principles combined with modern discoveries. It’s a holistic approach to health, beauty, longevity, and success,” she said.

“This is a book about liberation and freedom. Freedom that comes with a price which is discipline. The benefits are rewarding and fulfilling,” she added.

The book also aims to give clarity to its readers when it comes to wellness. It’s not a one-size-fits-all thing when it comes to nutrition. Clara is also advocating self-care activities, with yoga on top of her list.

“One of the most actionable ways to find self-love is through yoga. I started practicing yoga from five minutes to an hour. I fell in love with the practice,” she said.
