Cucina de Zamboanga lunch buffet at Taal Vista Hotel
Taal Vista Hotel offers its Cucina de Zamboanga lunch buffet every Sunday at Café on the Ridge from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. For P888 per person, the buffet features dishes such as fresh pako salad, tinuom na hipon soup, callos de Analucia, alimasag with Alavar sauce, rabo de toro, sati de Zamboanga, lechon Butuan and Cotabato, Zamboanga pizza, guinataang halo-halo, and kapeng barako chocolate cake. The menu changes weekly.
