Yummy choco chip cookies
MANILA, Philippines - The popular chocolate chip cookie originated from the US.
Actress, mother and chef Janice De Belen has come up with her own wonderful variation, which her family and friends have come to love. Her delectably chewy chocolate chip cookie soon earned a fan base, prodding her to set up “Inspiration Kitchen by Janice De Belen” on Facebook.
Janice shares that she is delighted to have discovered the benefits of using Glad Cook ‘n’ Bake, a special non-stick paper that helps her eliminate the need to grease baking sheets. It leaves no waxy taste on her baked goodies, and she can use it up to five times. Glad Cook ‘n’ Bake can be used not just for baking but also for healthy cooking without oil like frying, steaming and boiling.
