MANILA, Philippines — Former Tropical Depression Josie has exited the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), the state weather bureau said Wednesday, July 15.

As of 2 a.m., PAGASA said that low pressure area (LPA) 07a, the remnant of Josie, was located 1,650 kilometers east of southeastern Luzon.

PAGASA said the weather disturbance is "unlikely" to redevelop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, another weather disturbance, LPA 07b, was estimated at 1,165 kilometers west-northwest of Extreme Northern Luzon, also outside the PAR.

The weather bureau also said that LPA 07b is "unlikely" to redevelop into a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
