Ryan Bang serves as interpreter for 'Boys Over Flowers' star Kim Hyun Joong
MANILA, Philippines — Comedian Ryan Bang served as an interpreter for Korean star Kim Hyun-joong.
Kim visited "It's Showtime" to promote his "The End of a Dream" concert in Manila.
Ryan translated the interview sessions of the Korean star.
"We (learned) that it's your fourth visit here in the Philippines, (what makes you) keep (on) coming back to Manila?" Karylle asked.
"Yung first niyang pumunta dito sa Pilipinas, grabe overwhelemd siya 'yung mga broadcasting lalo na ABS-CBN, pati 'yung madlang pipol, 'yung fans, kaya 'pag may nag-invite sa kanya sa Philippines gusto, niyang balik-balik dito sa Manila," Kim said, as translated by Ryan.
Kim has been known for his role as Yoon Ji-hoo in the hit Korean drama series "Boys Over Flowers."
