Nicko Falcis to Kris Aquino: Don’t play the victim
MANILA, Philippines — In reaction to the Facebook live video actress Kris Aquino made against actor Phillip Salvador, Nicko Falcis told his former boss not to play as a victim.
In his Instagram account, Nicko, Kris' former business partner, posted a video clip of Cristy Fermin on her radio show, “Cristy Ferminute.” In the video, it is alleged that Kris’ statement is a form of “diversionary tactics” to distract the public from the news that the two cases filed by her have been dismissed.
Cristy added that Phillip is just a collateral damage in the situation: “Pero idikdik mo si Kuya Ipe na collateral damage lang doon sa kinagalit mo, tama mo bang ginawa ‘yan?”
“Do not play the victim to the circumstances you created. Self-pity is the easiest way to create unilateral misery. While kids are innocent, she definitely is not,” Nicko told Kris in the post.
Nicko also thanked the showbiz columnist for saying the “truth” and he asked the public to remain vigilant for Kris’ manipulation.
“Thank you to all concerned netizens who keep sending us important information to remain vigilant and steadfast about her vile manipulations. Thank you, Cristy Fermin for the truth. Let’s end the #Krisis,” Nicko said.
According to reports, Aquino had accused Falcis of using a credit card issued for the operations of production outfit Kristina C. Aquino Production (KCAP) for his personal expenses. She claimed that Falcis charged over P1 million to a BDO corporate card without her consent.
Kris has not yet responded directly to Nicko's post, but posted a quote in her Instagram, saying: “There is dignity in silence.”
“Hindi kami ang nambastos. Hindi ako ang nanggamit. Hindi ako ang naging iresponsableng magulang. Higit sa lahat, napalaki ko ang aking mga anak na alam nila, THEIR NEEDS COME FIRST...”
