Top chefs at Town & Country, Smart Infinity food event

MANILA, Philippines - Some of today’s most talented chefs recently gathered to let Manila’s crème de la crème have a taste of their signature specialties at the Town & Country Fabulous Food Affair held at the ballroom of Raffles and Fairmont, Makati.

Now on its third year, the gastronomic feast was presented by Town & Country magazine, together with Smart Infinity, the premium postpaid brand of wireless leader Smart Communications, Inc.

Some of the chefs who prepared their signature dishes were Tony Boy Escalante of Antonio’s Group; Markus Gfeller, Gaucho; Jason Hyatt, Cebu’s Abaca Resort; Phat Pho, Walter Manzke, Wildflour; and J.C. de Terry, Terry’s Selection. The “kitchen rock stars” satisfied the cravings of over 300 guests from Manila’s social, entertainment and political circles.
