A magical Halloween at Festival Supermall

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - All roads lead to the southern suburbs this Halloween.

Known for elaborate decors, and children and adults who go all out in costumes on this occasion, villages and business establishments particularly in Alabang, Muntinlupa City pull all stops to carry on a fun Halloween.

Festival Supermall in Alabang, Muntinlupa City takes the lead in the whimsical festivity as it holds its annual Halloween costume contest for children aged between four and 10.

Festival Supermall shuns the spooky and scary theme and chooses to be magical with a Magical Fairy Tale Halloween. Children who will participate in this year’s trick or treat on Oct. 31, starting at 1 p.m., are encouraged to dress up as kings, queens, princes, princesses, fairies, elves. Registration starts 10 a.m.

Participants may purchase a minimum single or accumulated receipts worth P1,000 from any of Festival Supermall tenants or they may opt to purchase P300 worth of ride tickets to any amusement center ticket booth (Pixie Forest, X-Site, Train Station or Grand Carousel), which entitles one child to one application form.

Judges will pick the Top 7 Best Costume. Three top winners will be named. There will also be special prize called Pixie’s Pick, wherein Pixie, the Pixie Forest mascot will pick one contestant to be treated to a birthday party at Pixie Forest for 20 children.
