Cebu’s AppleOne Properties launches mobile app

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - AppleOne Properties Inc. has launched a first in Cebu’s real estate industry - a mobile application for making inquiries, reservations and transactions easier for buyers and sellers.

The AppleOne App, which comes with its own emoji, features faster access to different development projects, sales and reservations process and status of accounts. Buyers from anywhere in the world can now view a project and its features, real-time inventory, pricing, make reservations online, make monthly payments online, receive project updates and communicate with AppleOne’s dedicated team for any concern anywhere, any time.

Sellers and agents, on the other hand, can check a summary of their receivables, receive updates on activities and events, and be alerted whenever commissions and incentives are available for pick-up, via the agent’s portal.

“Our mobile app provides convenience to our partners and buyers especially those who are based overseas.  Our goal is to create a breakthrough in how we do business and later make our business partners, buyers and sellers realize that this innovation is something that they cannot do without. We realize that the world is getting to be faster and more mobile and we want to make sure that we keep up with the pace as we continue to change the landscape of real estate selling. We may now hold numerous road shows in various parts of the world, even at the same time. This move gives us not only a distinct advantage in the industry but also a multiplier effect in our production,” AppleOne executive vice president Yvet Andalis said.

Since its first development project in 2010, AppleOne has pioneered numerous innovative marketing programs in the industry including travel and cash incentives and international roadshows in countries such as Singapore, Dubai, Qatar, Canada and in major US cities: San Francisco, Las Vegas, San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey and Chicago.

One of its significant contribution to the industry is the Travel to the USA Promo, which featured  top agents and partners’ participation in the National Association of Realtors Conference in  New Orleans and a tour of different premier cities in North America.

“With the mobile app, we can easily support our international initiatives and more importantly, our buyers who need visibility on their account updates.  We will continue to lead in revolutionizing the industry through creative marketing programs to make sure that the overall experience is excellent, timely and beyond expectation. The opportunities are endless. We just need to keep up with the times and be creative,” said Andalis.

AppleOne is developing Banawa Heights,  a 2.8-hectare residential project on the hills of Banawa, offering the first gated  themed residential condominium subdivision featuring a private cluster concept which allows a maximum of only six units in a floor.

The company is also the developer of AppleOne-Equicom Tower at the Cebu Business Park.
