DMCI Homes teams up with 3M for DIY condo solutions

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Two brands known for better home living recently joined forces to offer simple solutions addressing one of the key challenges facing today’s condo dwellers—how to maximize their living spaces without sacrificing comfort and convenience.

DMCI Homes, the country’s pioneer in signature resort-style, mid-rise condominium developments, was recently chosen by 3M Philippines to launch the “Get Hooked on DIY” lifestyle campaign, focusing on wall organization as a solution to space management dilemmas in today’s modern city dwellings.

With the increasing number of Filipino urban dwellers who typically keep a lot of possessions inside their homes, the mission is to offer quick, easy and do-it-yourself tips on organizing and maximizing even the smallest of storage space.

With DMCI Homes being the preferred contemporary city condo home of thousands of mid-income Filipino families, it is but fitting that 3M target the residents living in its numerous Metro Manila communities.

“When they first came to us with the proposal, we didn’t have second thoughts because we knew that 3M is a great lifestyle brand,” said Jan Venturanza, senior marketing manager of DMCI Homes. “Both of our organizations have consistently shown a commitment to help improve homes and positively affect the Filipino lifestyle. DMCI Homes, for one, has always stood for home and building innovations.”

“We are very happy that DMCI Homes has readily agreed to partner with us for this particular undertaking,” added Jermits Rabonza, consumer and home improvement markets division product manager of 3M Philippines.

“Space management doesn’t just require floor usage. Even in a small home, once should also consider storage solutions that every space can offer such as wall spaces. With proper wall organizing system, even the plainest of walls can solve a lot of space problems,” he said.

Cedar Crest, a four-hectare, modern Asian-inspired resort-themed condominium development of DMCI Homes in its flagship Acacia Estates in Taguig City, was recently chosen as the first stop for the series of “Get Hooked on DIY” home activation events.

Next stop for this year’s “Get Hooked on DIY” campaign are other notable projects of DMCI Homes, namely: Royal Palm Residences in Taguig City, Ohana Place in Las Pinas, and East Raya Residences in Pasig. The home activation series will run from June to October this year. For inquiries on any DMCI Homes project, call 324-8888 or visit www.dmcihomes.com.
