One masterplanned town

MANILA, Philippines - Three different lifestyles vividly expressed in stunning architectural designs exist harmoniously in a masterplanned township community nestled strategically in the industrial town of Biñan, Laguna.

Earth+Style Corp. takes the helm for the development of Jubilation East, Jubilation South, and Jubilation West projects that exude the Asian laid-back lifestyle as exhibited by airy magnificence and simple elegance.

The 13.9-hectare Jubilation East, which offers lots with sizes from 221 square meters (sqm) to 400 sqm, center on the theme “Joy of Asian Living.” It is complete with a grand entrance gate, a multi-purpose hall, meditative garden and Koi Pond, tennis court, basketball court and a chapel.

Adjacent to this project is the Jubilation East Expansion, a 2.8-hectare suburban residential community with a stylized Asian-tropical environment. It has lots with sizes ranging from 195 sqm to 280 sqm.
