Dream come true in the Queen City of the South

-

MANILA, Philippines - When you hear AmiSa, the first thing that comes into play is a Gold Coast-inspired development that was recently launched by property developer Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), its first master-planned condo-resort community in Mactan, Cebu. Adding to the allure of this Cebu property is that it is a homecoming of sorts for tycoon John Gokongwei, Jr. who traces his and his conglomerate’s roots to Cebu.

AmiSa, named after the Sanskrit term for an object of beauty and pleasure, promises to live up to its name with its modern architecture and endless amenities.

This is the life! AmiSa, with its clubhouse, pools, playgrounds and exercise corners, just to mention a few, promises to make its future residents truly feel and say that everyday is truly a holiday.

True to its word, RLC, together with Cebu-based designer Luisa De los Santos- Robinson of LSD Incorporated, conceptualized and designed the Amisa Site

The two-bedroom model unit, on the other hand, is for families or individuals who have associated themselves with timeless collectors’ items or with favorite pieces bearing sentimental value in mind. Cheerful yellow and orange hues and sunset-inspired shades of its walls and paintings are suggested to compliment with the view of the sunrise and sunset that one can relish while taking a break in the unit balcony. Highlights of the master bedroom include oversized jars that were turned into lamps and meticulously draped silky fabrics serving as bed canopy.

Raoul E. Littaua, RLC’s Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing, shares that the opening of AmiSa’s site showroom gives locals from the Southern cities and foreigners a glimpse of the experience of living in the 6-hectare paradise. Littaua adds that with Cebu being cited to be one of the prime destinations that keep the Philippine tourism industry vibrant, AmiSa remains to be a promising venture not only for Robinsons Land Corporation’s Residential Buildings Division, but also for investors and end-users alike. AmiSa shall be comprised of a combination of two 18-storey, two 14-storey, and two eight-storey residential condominiums, a hotel and an entertainment center.

AmiSa guarantees the perfect holiday ambiance as its towers have been designed to take advantage of the scenic views of the Magellan Bay and the northern towns of Cebu, and its landscaping likewise allows residents and guests to enjoy active interaction with nature. Littaua further notes that with the ongoing construction of the first tower of AmiSa’s residential condominium, Robinsons Land Corporation moves a step closer to this beautiful dream of a holiday getaway in the Queen City of the South.

AmiSa’s Cebu showroom is open for viewing 10 AM to 5 PM daily. For information, visit www.robinsonsproperties.com.ph or call Robinsons Land’s Manila office at (02) 636-0888, (02) 683-6101 or 0922-8380888 and Cebu office at (032) 255-5530, (032) 255-5540 or (032) 255-5550.
