Fenceless, wireless at Sonera

-
Wide open spaces, an intimate neighborhood, an exciting community – these are the elements that make Sonera, Ayala Southvale Village an enticing place to live in. At the recently held open house for this exclusive, top-end development, Ayala Land Premier gives future residents a look into the impressive and unique features that will further enhance the quality of living at this one-of-a-kind enclave.

Held at the Sonera Sales Pavilion the open house, aptly entitled "Digital Sonera: The Luxury of Freedom and Connectivity", focused on two remarkable features of the village: the high-tech security and the unmatched connectivity. After a Thanksgiving mass and a delicious luncheon, the guests were able to view a video presentation of the various security measures to be employed in Sonera. On another side of the venue, space was dedicated to laptops that allowed guests to wirelessly surf the Internet and even download music, videos and more. The kids and the kids at heart had a grand time playing Sony Playstation 2 games as well.

Sonera is the latest residential development in the bustling Alabang Complex, and yet another prime example of a superb and exclusive property that boasts of careful master planning and quiet luxury. Occupying approximately 23 hectares of prime land, Sonera offers a truly green landscape with magnificent trees and lush foliage. This visual feast adds to the serene atmosphere in this cozy neighborhood, and the wide open spaces complements the more intimately sized lots.

In Sonera, Ayala Land Premier brings the concept of a fenceless community to reality. Residents will experience the refreshing freedom brought by fenceless homes and wide-open spaces of the village. Yet the residents’ security is never compromised at Sonera, as Ayala Land Premier employs the latest, state-of-the-art security features that will make this rising community truly a safe haven.

"We really want to give Sonera residents the experience of being able to move freely and enjoy their space," said Joseph Romero, Sonera’s project development manager. "And by being on the cutting-edge of technology, we can provide that experience in a truly secure, fenceless community."

To achieve this, Ayala Land Premier has collaborated with Pacific Strategies and Assessments (PSA), a leading Asia-based security and business risk consultancy that provides business intelligence, investigations, public affairs, security and crisis management services to multinational companies and government organizations across Asia. Its associates have been responsible for providing security for US embassies in high-threat locations abroad including those in Iraq and Israel, as well as planning and implementing security strategies for large industrial complexes, diplomatic missions, and residential communities in other Asian countries.

With their expertise, PSA has designed for Sonera a sophisticated security strategy that will provide an unparalleled level of protection for the village residents. "Although most of the communities here have gates and security guards, none of them have any top-end security technology," noted PSA executive director Tom Green. "So for Sonera, we have designed a security strategy that integrates high technology, management systems, and trained security professionals that will truly provide a highly efficient level of security."
