MANILA, Philippines — Amaia, the affordable housing arm of property giant Ayala Land Inc., is expanding its residential community in Bulacan to cater to growing demand for its projects.

Amaia Scapes Bulacan, which features four sectors, opens its latest this year with new and improved amenities.

The 20.4-hectare residential enclave along Sta. Maria-Pandi Road in Barangay Manggahan, Sta. Cruz, Bulacan boasts of a strategic location in a province known for its booming economy and its accessibility to various key destinations.

The property is near the NLEX Bocaue exit and the newly opened Skyway Stage 3. Essential locations such as malls, schools, and hospitals are in close proximity.

Bulacan is likewise tagged as the Gateway of the North as it is the first province that welcomes travelers on the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX).
