TIP, St. Benilde trounce rivals

MANILA, Philippines - Technological Institute of the Philippines trounced Emilio Aguinaldo, 73-63, and St. Benilde smashed University of the Philippines, 77-61, to remain in the thick of things in the 8th Fr. Martin Division II Cup at the San Beda Gym.

San Beda and Arellano U, meanwhile, slammed Letran, 90-55, and Santo Tomas, 95-59, respectively, to stay in the title hunt in the juniors’ division of this event organized by Ato Badolato and Joey Lim with Aric del Rosario as commissioner.
