Man dies in Cagayan road mishap

TUGUEGARAO, Philippines — A 71-year-old man died after his motorcycle collided with a truck in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur on Saturday.

Delfin Montero reportedly tried to overtake, causing him to crash into the truck in Barangay Marozo shortly before noon.

Montero was rushed to a private hospital in Vigan, where he died while being treated.

Truck driver Jojo Leste, 41, surrendered to responding police officers.
