60 hurt in NLEX accident

At least 60 people were hurt after a pickup truck rammed the bus they were riding on while speeding along the North Luzon Expressway in Bulacan Tuesday midnight.

Reports said the bus driver was in critical condition during the accident while authorities questioned Reynaldo Lobino, Jr., who was allegedly drunk. 

It added that the Santrans Transit bus bound for San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan was cruising along the NLEX in Meycauyan when a pickup truck rammed it, causing the passenger bus to fall on its side.

The injured passengers of the bus were brought to different hospitals in Bulacan for treatment.
