Manila Pavilion pops out its own flaky pieces of sugary happiness

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The reigning A-lister of couture pastries is now at Waterfront Manila Pavilion Hotel & Casino as it presents its own version of the cronut.

Kroughnutz at the Patisserie of Waterfront Manila Pavilion Hotel & Casino is available daily and comes in calamansi white chocolate, dark chocolate pistachio, white chocolate, salted caramel macadamia and strawberry flavors at P89 nett each.

“We are probably one of the late entrants of this cronut craze here in Manila, but it only means that we have carefully thought of our own. Notice that our Kroughnutz is not oily, it’s more flavorful, fried to perfection and topped off with decadent cream filling and delightful glaze,” says F&B director Rochelle Alvarez.

Kroughnutz is made up of specially handpicked ingredients that’s why its oil has been reduced and the dough has become so flaky. Each flavor has its unique goodness, bringing sugary happiness with every bite.

Patisserie is open every day from 6 a.m. to midnight. Come and let your dessert comes first. Have Kroughnutz in sets of three and six to get discounts and pair it with your favorite coffee or tea.
