Let your pet star in the Bow & Wow music video
MANILA, Philippines - Do you want your pet to star in the next Bow & Wow music video and the opportunity to win a year’s supply of all-natural pet food? Send Bow & Wow a video of your dog or cat performing to the rap Let’s Talk About Pets.
The Bow and Wow rap can be downloaded at www.bowandwow.com.ph/letstalkaboutpets. The rap must be included in video entries, whether by a music soundtrack or an a cappella version.
The contest, ongoing until Oct. 31, hopes to get a hundred entries. Once Bow & Wow reaches 100 entries, a donation of 100 kilos of pet food will be made to The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) and Compassion and Responsibility towards Animals (CARA) Philippines.
Videos must be original, within 15 seconds to 60 seconds only, and must use music and/or lyrics from the Let’s Talk About Pets song of Bow and Wow.
The video must be posted on the Bow & Wow Facebook timeline with the hashtag #bowandwow, or on the participant’s Instagram account with the hashtag #bowandwow, and then e-mailed to marketing@bowandwow.com.ph. Participants may also email YouTube links.
Criteria for judging of the music video will be 40-percent originality, 30-percent for entertainment value, and 30-percent for creative use of the Bow & Wow rap song.
Two winners will be selected — one winner of a pet dog video; and one winner of a pet cat video. Each winner will get a one-year supply of Bow & Wow pet food and treats in the form of gift certificates valued at P1,250 per month valid for food and treats. The winners will also get to star in Bow & Wow’s music video.
Only one video entry per pet is allowed. Pet parents with multiple pets may submit a maximum of one video entry per pet. Moreover, participants must be at least 18 years of age to join; and residing in the Philippines. Entry senders must also be willing to have their videos viewed by the public.
The video must be original and must feature the entry sender’s pet cat or dog only. The sender or other persons may also appear in the video, provided there is consent by other persons to include them in the video.
