Saving nature through art

OH YES, IT'S JOHNNY! - Johnny Litton - The Philippine Star

Top fashion retail brand Cinderella celebrated over two decades in the business of fashion with a culminating event that put the spotlight on Mother Nature. Living up to its promise to encourage green lifestyle, the renowned retail brand led by CEO Arthur Coronel has partnered with ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation Inc.’s Bantay Kalikasan program to put together Work with Nature design contest. The said competition, which aims to raise awareness and get more people involved in the advocacy through art, has produced three winning designs that were chosen based on youthful interpretation of an artwork with elements of nature. These designs were executed in various merchandise such as tees, canvas tote bags and pouches, and were launched in a one-of-a-kind fashion show held at the basement of the Cinderella store in Glorietta 3, Makati City. Also present were Cinderella top executives including vice chairman Therese Coronel-Santos, vice president for finance Grace Coronel-Agbayani, marketing director Malou Coronel-de Venecia and marketing head Janet Litton-Coronel. Proceeds of the Work with Nature merchandise will go to the Bantay Kalikasan program of the ABS-CBN Lingkod Kapamilya Foundation Inc.
