Induction in the Inner Wheel

MANILA, Philippines - In wanting to have the right leadership to continue to promote fellowship among its members as well as operate as an advising body for the present members of the organization, past international Inner Wheel president, (fifth from left) Esther Vibal elected Nonie Basilio (sixth from left), the newly inducted president of the council of past presidents of the Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines (IWCPI). Serving with Nonie on the board are PRO Lynda Reyes, Mary Calalang, treasurer Zeny Farcon, vice president Lily Nicolas, immediate past president Vel Religioso, secretary Aida Vera Cruz, and Estela Bernabe.
