However, redevelopment of districts and cities does not only landscape spaces for business and commercial establishments. An area dedicated for leisure spots are being highly considered too, especially if it targets a broad-based of modern urbanites who give emphasis to addresses that complement their lifestyle needs.
As an integrated destination in Cebu, CPD is home to various establishments that play an integral part in the city’s dominance in the region. For this reason, Aquino discloses that CPD is not just dedicated for fine events usually arranged by huge business and commercial conglomerates. CPD is also a space for simple and quirky leisure events like Cosplays.
As ALI’s vision to make CPD Cebu’s most premier address continues, their residential efforts are also becoming more aggressive to maximize the district’s highly-strategic landscape and location.
