Meticulous planning meets comfy living at Grand Midori

-

MANILA, Philippines - Federal Land-Orix Corp., one of the country’s top property local-foreign development partnerships, introduces The Grand Midori Makati, a Zen-inspired residential enclave that’s housed in over 3,000 square meters of property in the quieter side of Makati’s Legazpi Street.

The new development features amenities that will make one completely want to be home — whether one is jogging along the 100-meter jogging path, swimming in the 20-meter lap pool, entertaining guests in the multi-purpose function room or game and entertainment room, or working out in the gym. With two towers of 38 levels each, The Grand Midori Makati also has everything any family would ever need — a children’s wading pool, children’s play area, and a day care center.

The project’s common areas were conceptualized by noted architectural firm Tange Associates, the company behind world-renowned developments like the Romeo Hotel in Italy, One Raffles in Singapore, and Mode Gakuen Cocoon Tower in Japan. Tower 1, which will be completed in 2012, will have 369 residential units, while Tower 2 (with 445 units) is slated for completion in 2014.

The Grand Midori Makati has fused meticulous planning with harmonious balancing of simple yet elegant design elements.

The building’s main lobby, for instance, features high ceilings that give one a sense of uninterrupted space and heightened consciousness. A Zen garden on every floor balances the modernity of the structure. The sophisticated ambience is complemented with the balcony unit, where residents get a magnificent vista of the Makati skyline.

“Living at The Grand Midori Makati is far from being ordinary,” beams Jose Mari Banzon, president of Federal Land-Orix. “Its comfortable, upscale-living experience and design fused with Filipino ingenuity and Japanese discipline create a visual symphony and a Zen-like setting.”

The Grand Midori Makati offers a wide range of spatial configurations, such as studio units, one-bedroom units, one-bedroom deluxe units, two-bedroom units, two-bedroom deluxe units, three-bedroom units, and three-bedroom penthouse units.

The unique safety and privacy features of residential units at The Grand Midori Makati provide its residents with a Personal Access Card Key or PACK, which assures entrance only to their respective floors. Closed circuit TV cameras are also installed in common areas such as the lobby and floor corridors.

To conceptualize the look and feel of its model units, which is found in their on-site showroom along Legazpi St., Legaspi Village, Makati, Federal Land-Orix contracted notable names in the interior design industry such as Isabel Asuncion of Asuncion-Berenguer Incorporated, Marion Coscolluela of W.V. Coscolluela and Associates, and Hisako Hirayama of Design Hirayama-Quesada.
