It was an evening of overflowing wine and champagne as Moet Hennessy Philippines chief representative Olga Azarcon and Moet Hennessy Asia-Pacific business development manager Randy Uson gathered the city’s finest personalities at the Makati Shangri-La for a plush dinner featuring four vintage champagne variants from Veuve Clicquot. Chef de cuisine William Tan prepared a special menu for the evening highlighted by flavors that perfectly complemented the nuanced taste profiles of the four champagnes. Guests enjoyed the rich and diverse flavors of Veuve Clicquot Blanc Vintage 2002, Rich 2002, Roses Vintage 2002 and Roses Vintage 2004. The charming Bea Tantoco made the lovely evening even more remarkable as she gave soulful renditions of a range of songs as Philippine Star executive vice president Grace Glory Go, fashion designer Jun Escario and celebrity JM Rodriguez, among many others, sipped their vintage bubbly.
