35 ways to enjoy resort living

-

MANILA, Philippines - In every DMCI Homes development, tropical resort living is a premium offering in such projects as Mayfield Residences in Pasig and Rosewood Pointe in Taguig.

At Royal Palm Residences, DMCI’s latest development in Taguig, there are officially 35 ways to enjoy Thai tropical resort lifestyle, as it boasts a one-hectare open space and leisure facilities, which is a fourth of the entire four-hectare development, and to date, the biggest among all DMCI developments.

There are a combined 35 types of amenities to cater to the various recreational needs of residents, and at the heart of this development is the Central Amenities Area, which is easily accessible from all 10 buildings (eight medium-rise, two high-rise).

The area will be appointed with 1,000 sqm. of water features like swimming pool, ponds, water cascades, and interactive water play. Numerous landscaped open areas are also added, so trees and flowering plants can grow in sync with the emerging community. New amenities will also be introduced, such as the dance studio, sauna, kiddie pool with interactive water play, tai chi grounds, skating rink, and a mini-soccer field.

To address diverse requirements for recreation, DMCI Homes classified its list of amenities at Royal Palm Residences into two categories: Active Play for the young and mobile, and Passive Leisure for the young-at-heart. The young and mobile crowd of professionals can engage in activities at strategically-placed amenities to keep fit, while a dance studio has also been put up for residents who opt to gyrate and pole-dance their way to fitness instead.

A basketball court has been earmarked at the left side of the property, far from the tai chi grounds which require serenity for meditation. A fitness center, meanwhile, is located within the Grand Clubhouse where health buffs can do serious workouts using high-tech exercise machines. A skating rink, jogging/biking path, lap pool, and exercise stations offer other alternatives for getting in shape while having fun. For the ultimate workout, a mini-soccer field is being put up.

For business meetings, the Central Amenities Area offers a business center, conference rooms, open-air function hall, main function hall with bar and kitchen, a recreation room and entertainment room. Even the young ones have lots of spaces to explore: a sand pit, children’s playground, kiddie pool, and interactive water play.

“Royal Palm Resort offers residents a tranquil lifestyle with the convenience of city living,” says Rina Soriano, DMCI Homes’ architectural design manager. “The 35 resort-like amenities were conceptualized for the purpose of providing the residents a balanced lifestyle.”

The Royal Palm Residences is a medium-density development that boasts residential buildings with first-rate features. Unit buyers can choose from a variety of unit types to suit their needs: from the 38.5 sqm. studio and one-bedroom unit, to the 49.5 sqm. two-bedroom unit, 66.0 sqm. three-bedroom end unit, 74.5 sqm. three-bedroom inner unit, and 99.0 sqm. three-bedroom tandem unit.
