Soroptimists go to Aeternum

Aeternum Columbary, the first true garden columbary of its kind in the country with its modern facilities to commemorate our loved ones, recently hosted the regular meeting of the Soroptimist International-Taguig chapter headed by Taguig First Lady and Soroptimist Taguig president Kaye Tinga with former Taguig First Lady Palumina Papa as guest of honor. The event was led by The Fort Park Estate Inc. president Jan Vincent P. Mercado together with IPM chairman Isabelita Paredes Mercado. The successful event culminated in the creation of jobs for Taguig constituents, particularly in the sales and marketing of The Fort Park Estate Inc properties.  Congratulations!

Truly amazing Thailand

Thailand indeed lives up to its famous tagline as there are new places to see and things to do at every stop. Just two hours from the shopping mecca is the famous Ayutthaya Temples and Ruins. Another place worth seeing is PB Valley Estate, Khao Yai, which is home to the world-class wines produced in Thailand. Within the vicinity is Chokchai Farm, the most advanced dairy farm in Southeast Asia. Large boutique tents ensure guests’ comfort in the heart of nature. The farm’s agro tour includes visits to its dairy plant, cowboy station and petting zoo.

A Chiang Mai stopover also merits a visit to Chedi, an elegant hotel that provides the luxuries of a resort in a historical city. A stone’s throw away is the weekend night market with its assortment of local goods including ethnic jewelry. Back in Bangkok, what better way to end an already soothing trip than to have a massage at the TRIA Integrative Wellness Spa, known for its healing programs.
