What’s on the Menu? Bangus Specialty Restaurant offers kare-kareng bangus

MANILA, Philippines – Bangus Specialty Restaurant offers bangus specialties like Kare-kareng Bangus, Paksiw na Bangus, Bistek na Bangus Prime Cut, Rellenong Bangus, Lumpiang Bangus, Pinalutong na Bangus at Ensaladang Bangus, and the Binusog na Tinapang Bangus. Other must-try dishes are ginataang hipon, adobong hipon sa aligi, and sizzling pusit. There are also three new dishes: bangus menudo, bangus sisig with fried tofu and the special chop suey.

The bangus menudo is a not-so-traditional take on the usual Filipino pork, sausage and vegetable dish. The bangus sisig with fried tofu is a blend of fish sisig and spices topped with cubes of fried tofu. The special chop suey is Bangus Restaurant’s new addition to their list of flavorful vegetable dishes.

Bangus Specialty Restaurant is located on the ground floor, Connecticut Carpark Building, Greenhills Shopping Center, and on the ground floor, North Parking Building, SM Mall of Asia.

Candy Wonderland at Diamond Hotel

Diamond Hotel Philippines offers its Candy Wonderland Easter Event on March 27 at the Diamond Ballroom from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Easter event includes face and egg painting, cupcake decorating, photo booth, glimmer tattoo, kids’ salon and a musical show. Have your photo taken with Candy Wonderland characters, stilt walkers and mimes.
