Poll: Could Maxine have made it to Miss Universe Top 3?

Deshauna Barber, Miss USA 2016; Kristal Silva, Miss Universe Mexico 2016; Siera Bearchell, Miss Universe Canada 2016; Chalita Suansane, Miss Universe Thailand 2016; Mary Esther Were, Miss Universe Kenya 2016; Raquel Pelissier, Miss Universe Haiti 2016; Iris Mittenaere, Miss Universe France 2016; Andrea Tovar, Miss Universe Colombia 2016; and Maxine Medina, Miss Universe Philippines 2016; await to see which of them will be announced as the top 6 finalists during The 65th MISS UNIVERSE® Telecast airing on FOX at 7:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed on Sunday, January 29 from the Mall of Asia Arena. The contestants have been touring, filming, rehearsing and preparing to compete for the Miss Universe crown in the Philippines.

MANILA, Philippines — In what seems to be a sequel from a soap opera that started last year, Miss Philippines and Miss Colombia were again pitted against each other by announcing them one after the next, from the naming of the Top 13, to the Top 9, when the Philippines was left on a cliffhanger before being announced, to Top 6, the farthest the Philippines got into before Colombia has been announced first in the Top 3 together with France and Haiti.
In both question and answer portions, Colombia used an interpreter. Would the Philippines also land in the Top 3 if she spoke in her native tongue, like the new Miss Universe from France?
