Neri Naig gives birth to baby boy

MANILA, Philippines – Actress Neri Naig has given birth to a healthy baby boy.

Although no details about her date of birth was disclosed, Neri’s husband, Parokya Ni Edgar vocalist, Chito Miranda, posted the photo of their first child on Instagram confirming the news.

The proud father posted it with the short caption “Wassup world.” Miranda couple’s bundle of joy was named after the real name of Chito, “Alfonso,” as previously announced by Neri.

Neri likewise confirmed her safe delivery by posting a photo of her in a hospital carrying her newborn son.

Just recently, Neri slammed a basher who commented asking her if the child inside her womb is still alive, citing that it must have been 12 months old already. She has dealt with a sensitive pregnancy.

Neri and Chito last May 2015 announced that they are expecting their first child. However, in August 2015, Chito revealed his wife suffered miscarriage.
